Clones in nft

So I have 7 clones going in a nft cab I made now the plan s are going great and are 11 inches tall root structure is amazing healthy roots just avtint from nutes. My question is, I've had them in a 12/12 and they still are not showing sex or offset node growth and its been a little over 2 weeks. Now I've never cloned before but did get 100% on rooting. Other than the lack of sex(lol) everything great but am I expecting too much this early or am I having a problem.

It's kinda hard to read run on sentences so....

12/12 for 2 weeks without flowering is a long time! Mine start flowering 6 days into 12/12.

Is your growing area completely light proof?? when the lights are off is it totally dark for the full 12 hours??

Yes no light leaks and its in my garage that is also dark. Res temp mid 60s And plants show no heat stress. It is the only time I've cloned every other grow was seed. Idk what it could be.
