CLONES need help!

So my clones are 7 days and rooting but the tips of the leaves are all yellow or dead brown but the rest of the clone/ stem root rest of leaves looks strong and healthy. I have a small florecent light that produces almost no heat but a water heater is on the other side of the wall. Could it just be from a high room temp? The only thing it could be besides that is there is root hormone mixed with the water I spray them with! Whats the veterans opinion?

When clones don't have roots they draw on the nutes stored in the plant to grow them. Don't freak, and make sure you don't give them any nutes, til they are in the medium they will be in the rest of their lives, for at least a week. If the plant is looking healthy and hasn't slumped over it will be fine....

That makes sense. I think I may have read that a couple of years back. I read so much that I can't remember it all. It's unfortunate that what I do remember is usually BS.
