Clones Russet Mites?

I received about 15 clones from a friend and he told me his grow room is clean and immaculate. I received the clones and gave like 10 of them away. Its currently in week 6 of flower and they look healthy as hell, with a few yellowing leafs on the bottom. My friend just texted me saying he has russets from the clones I gave him. I don't see any on my plants and gonna take a closer look tonight. Should I just toss them? What are the chances he could've gotten them from his indoor. He also told me he leaves his window open during most of the day in his growroom........

Very good chance, in that situation they should have been quarantined imo

You’ll never really know. I took in one clone and i ended up finding predator mites mid flower I was so confused, I checked it when I got it and none of my other plants had it. I’m sketched out about clones now lol

Yup treat every clone thats given to you as if the have bugs

I didn't know that about clones and I totally fucked myself... they started showing up on week 6-7 of flower!!! Am I supposed to wipe down my lights as well? I'm never taking clones again, I was so dumb. Are these russet/broad mites?
