Clones?

Need my memory refreshed. When taking new clones: Cut at third or fourth node? Cut just below node or half inch below? Does it matter if you take from the bottom, middle or top of the plant? Cut just before flowering? I have taken clones before with good results but will any of the above make a significant positive difference? Thanks in advance!

ive taken clones off the branches on the first stem, they aren't as vigorous as the upper nodes but it because of the energy concentrated on that part of the plant before you take it off and make it independent. so to make sure all you clones are getting enough energy, maybe train you plant so that the branch your trying to clone is closest to the light so its prepared with some energy to help it root when its on its own.

it wont be too much trouble other than that if your conditions are controlled in your clone setup. hell, some people cut off every branch in attempt to get the best out of their mothers, but i wouldnt do this all at once, itll stress your girl alot, and you still want her to have some leaves when your flowering it.
