Cloning advice needed.

I have some plants that I started from seed. Some of the plants have pre-sexed and I am looking to take clones. Should I take one or two off of each female, or pick one that I want to take all of my clones off of? I am worried that taking the cuttings would stress the plants and hurt my yeild, and wondering if I am better off just stressing one plant. These plants are Master Kush seeds from the cali bean bank. I feel like I should take clones of each phenotype and decide after flowering these originals which one should be my best mother for future cloning endeavors. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to just keep one female to cut clones off of and keep in in veg. Never flower it, just use it to cut clones. This way stress won't be a variable to affect yeild. You'll be suprised how many branches will start to sprout off of it. Everytime you cut you should be able to get more and more. Hope this helps, peace.

yeah man you just take if you want one or bolth to keep the pheno 1 and take your cutting and flower them instead of the mothers. try not to clone from clones it tends to weaken the genetics the more you go down the generations from the mother plant . read some were its like 6 gens and the strain gets more and more likely to take on carecteristics you will not like and deseases

this is untrue , cloning from clones does not weaken the genetics , also all marijuana plants can be regrown , when i gow from seed, i flower them all , pick the best to , regrow them , then clone the heck outa them, to regrow all u need to do is leave a piece of stem with a few leaves on and whack it back on 12/12 peace all

keeping one female vegging for clones is a great idea. you can conveniently take clones from it whenever you need to. it cuts a couple weeks off the process since you don't have to germinate seeds and wait for them to sprout and everything. when you see the people who are getting a pound every couple of months, this is usally the way they do it.

veg them all out until you find a plant with the characteristics you are looking for.. there are can be a huge difference in plants even though they are the same strain, its genetics some traits are better than others.. get a plant u want all your other plants to look and grow like and then make that your mother and clone from her.. tie her down if u need space... peace
