Cloning and Flowering?

Hi all, I've got two questions I need help with. These plants are both bag seed. I have 1 plant I plan on using as a mother and 1 plant flowering (among others, but I'll just focus on 1). I'm wondering if the mother is ready to give me clones, and how to plant them. I plan on using jiffy pucks and was wondering if that's a better option over soil. I've also seen germinating kits that come with a heat pad, dome, pucks,etc. Would that work good? Secondly, I'm trying to get my hands on some inexpensive nutrients. I'm mainly looking for nutes to flower, but both would be good. Anyone know where to get some? Unless there's some at a big retail store, they would have to be online because there is no hydro stores near me. I've checked eBay but am unsure of which to get. So far I've only been giving them tap water with some MG all purpose food. I'm mainly looking for nuts to flower, but both would be good . Any and all help will be much appreciated. That could work...why not just make yourself a cloner?

I'm actually in the process of building an aero system that i would clone,veg and flower in, but still need a pump, nutes, rock wool/hydroton, and the sprayers. So basically I still need everything, lol. Untill then i'm just looking for the cheapest effective way to do it.

cheapest way to clone is with a dome try heat mat rockwool and some cloning soultions
i wouldnt skimp on the cloning gel and for nutes it depends on the kind u want but u can get those on ebay or a hydro website

I've been looking at General Hydroponics on eBay. They seem good and their pretty cheap too.
