Cloning at week 8? (need help/advice)

Hi guys
I'm wondering if it is possible to take cuttings/clones of a plant that has been in bloom for 8 weeks?

I've heard (seemorebuds) that you can turn the light cycle back to 18/6 and start vegging the plant again.

Which would you recommend me doing? cuz my 12 clones all died without rooting.

- My rooting has not failed this much ever but I'm still learning and I now have a brand new plant (don't know the strain) and I really don't want to loose it

what you want to do is take some nice clones from your last week of veg, and suspend them in water, under 18/6 or 24/0 photoperiod, then just root them whenever convenient! this is great for a single cab grow

Hey man, I ran across your question and I have had the chance to clone my plants, I cloned the last week flower and my clones took a little more than a month to sprout root but once that happened it was on. I am harvesting in a couple of days. i will post pics of plants cloned in the 8 week of flower.. you can tell me what you think..
