Cloning help

I'm little new here and sorry cause I know this has probably been asked a bunch but I need some help with cloning I thought I knew what I was up to but looks like all my clones are not sprouting. I got a bunch of cuttings and at 45 degree dipped in root powder and put into jiffy dirt. After about two weeks nothing no roots at all pulled the dirt apart nothing not even started???? I thought I could do it but I guess I need my hand held please help.. Also sense I took this cuttings I put all my plants into flower about 2 weeks now and there starting to show so is it too late now too take cuttings? do I just start over with more seeds

you can still take clones. you may have used to much rooting compound, you may have use cloneing powder wrong, you may have cut clones wrong, medium you put plants in could have been flooded and suffocated the roots, I dont know man just some suggestions, how many nodes down did you go on your clones?

I just did some clones for my first time off my Auto Flowers to grow with my male to give me seeds. Did 3 of them and all 3 suvived just put in dirt today. I cut at a 45o angle 2 inches below the second leaf Y. Dipped it in Clonex and cluck in a clone cube. Made a clone dome out of a vegtible tray from store. Put water in bottom stood up clones with just bottom of cubes in water. Sat them on a heating pad on low till roots sprouted out. Open once a day or once every other day.
