Cloning lowriders

So i was wondering whether to purchase some lowrider seeds as my grow space isnt too big, and all the info on them seem to be perfect for my needs. Before i went ahead and jumped in, i checked out some vids and pics of other peoples grows using them, and they seem to be very small if they decide to go into flower realy early, but my main concern was that if they change over so soon in veg. how do u manage to get anything off it big enough to clone? Especially when for indoor growers cloning is a must with more benifits i care to go into.
Can you, and how do you?

you cant *put them into flower* either, they go into flower by age, not light cycle. some people use veg lighting in the beginning, and when it starts to flower they change the lighting to get a better yeild. technically you could clone them, but there's really no point except for doin it for fun i guess. if you clone it, the clone and *mother plant* will finish at the same time, cause (like i said) its by age. and your clone will be teeny tiny, like a few inches tall, and maybe a gram or two.

now that i think of it, it could be a good idea if you dont have a lot of space height-wise. not too sure how it'll affect your yeild though. i would guess not much of a difference in the end....

autos can be cloned but would be a waste of time

1-cant keep mother plant done in 8 to 10 weeks start to die

2-cant take a clone from a seedling takes about 4 or 5 weeks to to have enough to cut off as clone

3-clone has to grow roots about 2 weeks

4-we are talking now around week 7 already

5- now mother and daughter to finish in another week or two cause clone is same age as parent both to die together

everyone says you can not clone them anything can be cloned by right person some plants harder to clone then others some growers cant clone anything some can clone a rock

can be done a waste of time esyer to do a seed run just make sure you leave seeded part of plant for full term of seed development i was once a two time looser seeded a auto harvested at 8 weeks seeds did not matuer all small and gsome green bud was not all it could be for energy wasted on seed production MUST sacrifice for seeds

good luck

^^ from what i have seen, seeding=cloning for lowriders. some people sac their first whole grow for a good harvest of seeds. Personally i've just let them grow and gotten more(not smart i know). Anyone know how many seeds to expect from a lowrider(all buds germinated)?

like dwzel has stated, you can in fact clone an auto, but its not really worth it in the end of the day.
as for how many seeds you will get off a fully seeded auto, i would say probably around 40 to 100 depending on how many buds sites it has on it.. i could easily see ten seeds per smaller sized buds without much problem..

well there are some automatics that take 3-4 months now, what if you clone them?? if you do it right i would think it wouldnt be that bad of an idea, cause they would be shorter, therefore you could stack it and have twice as many. i am no expert, so....thoughts???

yes it is...automatic simply means that it grows by age, not light cycle. there are strains now that are automatic that take longer than the lowryders. there are not many that are truly automatic that take that long but they are out there
