Hey, just gonna state my opinion as I'm sure many might disagree. If you are capable of doing a lil research and working with a few tools...build your own. Save the funds for the veg and bloom stages as most cloners are a ripoff. You can very easily build your own unit for $50-70...

rubbermaid container 40-60liter $ 7
50-80 gallon water pump $20
air pump (optional) $12
ez clone sprayers $.30-.50 each
1/2 " pvc pipe $10
fittings and glue $ 7
neopreme pucks or net pots $.50-.80 each

Id put my ol Jiffy puck and dome method up against a one of those any day. The machines will give you roots faster but water temperature needs to be right on and I always get a few days of stress after transplanting them where the jiffy pucks take right off. My 2 cents.
