I have a bubble gum auto that is close to harvest and tomorrow will be it’s 8th week and I have seen these spots on the leaves but not on all of them but I’m seeing them at the top of the plant and about halfway down. Probably 30% of the plant has it. Could someone please tell me what this is? Just my second grown and have not had any issues like this before.

If you aren't overfeeding p/k then its a calcium def which is usually high in demand mid-way through flowering. Also, I'm thinking 3+ weeks untill that plant is close to finished.
Should I cut off all the bad leaves?

Its most likely Cal lockout that started a while ago.

I don't see why it wouldn't. Lack of Cal uptake does effect yields but your plants should still finish ok.
