Closed loop extractors

I'm going to be buying a extractor in the next few days I've used the Tamisium te 175 a few times its just to small
I was wandering what people though of active systems as i only used the passive systems before

I'm looking for one that will do 1-2 pounds at a time any recommendations will be appreciated

can someone tell me what a closed loop is?
does it make a different kind of wax/shatter?

A closed loop BHO system extracts the targeted materials using liquid butane and then recovers the butane as a vapor, to leave behind the essential oils in a collection pot.

The system is fully enclosed, and continues to recycle the butane for reuse.

It can be done passively using heat and cold, IE: Tamisium/Lil Terp, et all, or using pumps, IE: Terpenator, et all
