So I just bent over the bigger plant after watering today, and have been giving them a very light nutrient solution with watering... on these and my outdoor plants, the signs pointed to potash def. I checked with a soil test, and yes. So these little guys have some burn on the tips and old leaves. heres a couple pics.

the yellowing has been on the plants since they started growing. I literally just added the first nutrient mix, 1/4 strength. I am fixing a nutrient deficiency, potash, that I checked with a soil kit, from my crappy soil.

How about you read my post before saying anything dumb.

any advice is always considered and appreciated! thats what we're here for!

what tom said about you burning your plants is true. was that dumb?
True huh? Lets go over this all ONE more time... 3rd is the charm right?

So when I took the soil test, and had a ph of 6.5, good N and and P, but almost no reading of K, Potash! I made a thread about it here... https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/254904-potash-def-magnesium-im-unsure.html
I HAD NEVER GIVEN THESE PLANTS NUTES!!! You understand? The soil I used was low in K, everything else was good. again, prior to this week, I had never fed ANY of my plants with ANY type of nutrient solution. I'm cheap, I know.

When the decision was made that it was a K def. I decided to fix it with an all-purpose 8-7-6 liquid mix. I sprayed my big plants twice, and have adopted a light solution for watering, once a week. the big plants show new growth without the burnt tips, so when I noticed that the new seedlings were following in their older sisters footsteps, I decided to use the light nute solution on these 2 week olds.

So now that I have outlined what has happened to these plants, and what I have done to them, do you still suspect that I gave them too much nutes? I might have to go take a pic of my nute bottle, which is about 95% full... a quart.

SOOOOOO????

Flame on:fire:

I do like the link in your sig, I have been germing my old bagseeds in paper towels... I have a low germination rate. Could be the seeds, but I am guessing the methods are wrong. I will put them directly in the soil next round.

I just want to get the facts straight. If you can't understand that, then don't bother posting random shit.

Thanks for the thoughtful post.
