Closet grow

Sup guys quick question i got a closet that I want to to turn into a grow. Its 2.7 feet deep 5.8 feet wide. Anyway question is do I need to really put in a exhaust fan carbon filter combo. Its sliding double doors

Yes you need a carbon or the entire house will stink. Sliding doors will not only let light in. They won't seal against high humidity or smell.

If you do this. At around 17 days you'll notice a whiff of them stinking. 22 days, you catch another whiff. Late veg, not so much. Early flower on, they really stink. I enjoy the smell of cannabis. In short bursts. Smelling it all the time....Man does it stink.

For ^ reason and to get the most out of your light I'd get yourself a 2x4 tent and yes definitely an exhaust fan and a carbon filter.

I already got 5x5 tent in the room closet in i already set closet up i got panda film around the walls i sealed light leaks with a linear. Only thing i would have to make hole in roof to exhaust in attic

I grow in a closet and never used a carbon filter,I just exhaust up into the attic. I live where the humidity is 10% to 20% high humidity and weed smell go hand in hand. I'm renewing my closet now with a filter because it smells quite a bit when i dry my outdoor weed due to the larger quantities. It Should make a nice veg area for your 5 by 5
