Co2 bag are they worth it?

it really depends on the size of your grow ,a 4x4 and smaller they really do work well enough for personal.for me I finally had to upgrade and just got the 20 lb co2 tank n co2 reg,youl get there

Only if you have a sealed room and if the rest of your grow is dialed in and if your lights are throwing over 1000 ppfd across the canopy.
