Co2 concentrates

Question. Does anyone know why co2 oils are available for medical use and why bho is not? Why is one able to be sold and not the other? This is something I know the answer to, but want to see if anyone knows the biz.

C02 oil is the safest cleanest and healthiest obviously. but i have no idea what your talking about when you say "BHO is not available for medical use" its sold at just about every dispo in the 303

am i missing something?
