COBs Water cooling

I know 1watt led = 3.4 BTUs
so, I have question if use cobs with water cooling, Are BTUs for watt'll change?
No, the amount off heat released is the same, watt for watt, but with water cooling you can efficiently move the heat outside the grow before it warms up the plants. You can also get some more light with the same driver by keeping the diodes cool or use just use less power without losing light output, but you can also get there by buying more emitters instead of plumbing and pumps.
