Coco and bottom feed questions

Hello i wanted to hear your opinion on the setup i am using and clarify some questions.
I use 1x1m trays in which i put 15x 11l plastic pots. I feed from the top until roots are established then i switch to bottom feed. I pour 11l water in each tray (liter per plant) and wait for around 30min for plants to "drink it". I feed every 48hrs. I never had salt buildup problems eventhough after i finish the crop i measure run off ec of the coco and its very high. I reuse the same coco and have absolutely no problems with it. No yellowing, no decreased yields, no decreased quality. Nothing.
What do you guys think? Please don't tell me to top feed, because there is no way to top feed.

My questions are:
1. Is there any need to mix the coco with perlite, since i am bottom feeding, is there any use of perlite in this case at all or I'm just wasting my time?
2. I flush the last 10days but also bottom feed, is this completely pointless since its bottom feed and its not actually a flush but soak? Even if i top feed, the trays have no drainage system, so the same flushed material would later on be absorbed by the roots from the bottom.
3. Will i have better result if i use smart pots?

I'd use a shop vac during those last ten days your flushing and suck that water out. Keep your feed medium to medium low strength throughout the run and then those last ten days vacuum the trays out.
