Coco and Perlite With Hydroton (Coco liners or net pots?)

I have a bunch of clones in coco and perlite mixture. My setup is usually Hydroton and Netpots. Can I nest the coco perlite mix in the hydroton and use the net pots without cloging my system? It seems like coco liners might be the way to go but I read that in ebb and flow the water doesn't penetrate the liner and the hydroton stays dry. What is the best way to transplant Coco/perlite clones into a ebb and flow table? Thanks guys

carfully wash away as much coco and perlite from your rootball under the sink or in a bucket of ph'd water if you prefer(i notice no difference) . and then put them into the hydroton and water with a little vitamin b1 and your golden
