Cocos A & B for full time soil growth?

Hey everyone!

This is my second year growing. I am currently growing an Alaskan Thunderfuck and Cookies gene wise in Natural Organic Seed Starting Mix. I'm growing on my balcony in Southern California. Nutrient wise, the first year I used SVA & SVB for vegetative growth and SBA & SBB for the flowering stage. It worked perfectly, but I accidentally knocked over the bottles the other day, spilling everything. Today, I went to my local shop and the guy there gave me free samples (way more than I'll ever need) of Cocos A & B (NPK of .3-0-.3 and .1-.3-.6) [picture below]. He also told me that I could use this as a vegetative and flowering nutrient and not have to switch. Also that it would be fine for soil, since I was growing outdoors on my balcony. He's the same guy who turned me on to the SVA through SBB nutes, so even though I'm aware it's not particularly a soil nutrient, I have no reason not to trust him. I guess my question is, has anybody ever used this and what was their experience with it? Also, if I just switch it to 12/12 in a few months and not switch from these nutrients to a flowering NPK, is that smart?
