Cold and seedlings

I have been struggling with a winter gro in my garage ( not worth it for me never again) i now have some seedlings started and like to get a good look when watering for pest or problems .
I keep garage about 45 to 55 degrees to save on gas bill is it damaging to bring a plant out of tent for watering and examining when temp is that low or will i be ok they are out no mote than a few minutes

If they are out for only a few minutes, I personally wouldn't be too concerned with it.
I just had to move all my plants from their happy warm room to the chill of the basement for about an hour, didn't bother them or me one bit.
