College Student, first time grower

I live in student apartments, not dorms, where we don't get the light bill, but the main office does. They don't do inspections. Should I be worried about using a 400watt bulb to grow weed?

Also, could I use a 400w HPS bulb from veg. to flowering? I have one, but I'm using a 120W for veg.

I know that fluorescent, 4ft, cool & white is the way to go for veg., but I don't have much money.

I'm actually 23. It's an off-campus apartment that is not owned by the university. None of my roommates come into my room. The utility bill is included in my rent b/c I live with 3 other students.

How old are you?

i'd be really careful in college apts, just cause they feel so community like etc. Chiceh i highly doubt he's under 18 and in the student apts ...

i live off campus with a nonexistent landlord and get the electricity bill. it probably wouldn't be a problem with electricity but you could get in a helluva lotta trouble if any RAs or whatever found out... probably wouldn't be worth getting kicked outta school for, right? i'd say wait until you're in off campus housing

Not worth the risk, Lots of people, someone will stumble upon it sooner or later and if someone tells administration I bet they call the cops. I wouldn't do it.

You can Veg and Flower with a HPS.
