Colloidal Silver, selectively spraying outside - WHEN?

I am near 39 latitude and was wondering when would be the best time to start selectively spraying some plants to make some pollen?
I have done it successfully indoors. Indoors you start spraying a week before flowering. Outdoors?

I have two clones inside that will be turned and used to selectively pollinate some plants, but I would like to self a couple plants outside for some Feminized seeds.

I read that you start - and spray consistently - beginning during early flowering. I've never tried it. I always get a few seeds even though I cull males very early. They are always mixed M/F seeds so I am guessing that it's due to small amounts of stray pollen in the wind.

I read not to smoke anything that's been sprayed with CS, but that sounds like BS. CS (when prepared correctly or purchased through a reputable vendor) is perfectly safe to drink daily, even in faily large quantities (several ounces). All the fear mongering that accompanies CS is hype to keep another of nature's cures out of the hands of the people.

If you spray one branch, you can smoke the rest of the plant. I wouldn't smoke any branch that has been sprayed.
You can drink some things that if you smoke will cause severe problems.

I didn't really expect a solid answer, as this is fairly new territory. I will figure it out.
I finished a successful auto fem seed crop earlier this summer and it was a great success.

I don't really care to much about autos and really want to make some fem regular seeds. This winter I hope to be sprouting some seeds I made. The shemales will be Blueberry and ISS.

At least no one told me they are going to "hermie" or something dumb like that.

I actually would not recommend smoking any plant where a branch has been sprayed with CS, although a lot of myths are spread about CS, and it is forbifdden in few countries from being sold.

Everbody talks about humans getting argyria (skin becomes blue or gray) like the picture oposted by SenorBrownWater, experiments that ended in argyria were done with a CS-SN (COLOIDAL SILVER NITRATE). A lot of people do not differ CS from Silver nitrate.

Silver nitrate is very toxic and dangerous for human, but colloidal silver is 100% safe, and the process in not at all new. I have made feminized seeds almost 10 years ago now and have just started a 10' x 10' breeding room where I have 4 strains currently into three weeks of flower and all have started to form male pollen pods.

To answer the OP, I would start administering CS by the second week of August, if your early you can collect the branch and collect the pollen and manually pollinate; but I suspect by the time the males would have produced pollen the females will be in about 2 - 3 weeks of flower and ready to be pollinated.
