Color Change

Not much. It can be an indicator of stress (heat, wind, nutrient, pH, physical) or just the age of the pistils. The change of pistil color usually occurs during the swelling phase and into the ripening phase and is perfectly natural. If the majority of pistils have changed before the 5th week of flowering this indicates stress, usually in the form of a deficiency or toxicity which should be displayed on the leaves as well.

I am into week 6 right now, and its only happening to one plant and its only a few of the pistols turning a light orange color. Temp in room ranges from 77-80 Degrees and the humidity ranges from 60-65%. I have one fan in the room with indirect wind gently blowing in the room. I am new to this so I hope the conditions are right in the room. So would this be considered the swelling phase in week six?

If the pistols change color due to a problem, you'll usually have other symptoms on the leaves as well. If your plant appears healthy, it's completely normal for a few pistols/hairs change color after week 5-6 into flowering. It also depends on the strain, where some stains will have pistols that change color sooner, and others (like White Widow) change color much later or barely at all. If you're at 8-10 weeks into flowering and more than half of the pistols have turned color, it may be time to start looking at the trichomes and see if your plant is ready for harvest.
