Color temp and bottom lighting

Two quick questions.. I've been searching all over but not had much luck, what is the color temperature of the aerogarden bulbs?

And in my bloom box I have a 4ft t5 light.. is there any advantage to mount a light on the floor pointed up in a scrog or should I only use the t5?

b) if your stripping the plant under the screen then i think its kinda obvious theres no advantage for an under light.
