Comercial plan in WA

Good Morning RIU:
I live in eastern WA. With the passage of I502 the state will soon be licenseing producers, processors, and retail stores. I am planning to get in on the ground
floor with permits to produce and process. For security reasons this will be a one man operation.

The plan
- purchase 5 plus acres (I have two locations in mind)
- build approx 24x48 pole building
- build 3 12x24 solid wall greenhouses
My experience
- medical grower last 4 years (indoor)
- licenses will be no issue
Growing
- indoor
- 2 4K rooms 8x12 flower
- 1 2K room veg
- clone and mom room
- outdoor
- greenhouses with blackout tarps and supplemental lighting
- 18 plants per greenhouse
- target is two harvest per year
Targets
- 100 lbs. year one
- 200 lbs. year two
Obstacles
- 99 plant limit (feds sigh)
- trimming

I hope that like alcohol the State will get out of the Canna-Biz but more importantly I hope home grows are allowed in 2 years when the law can be changed.
