Dude did the right thing hesitated because he wasn't sure....what part of "arrived after the shooting" don't you understand dam bro it's your reference...it was one guy and what if he was really close and knew for sure who it was...the brave lady that grabbed the clip would have shot him too. One CCW holder being nearby but not close enough to ID proves nothing except we need more CCW holders.

I agree with taking the common sense route too. Banning assault weapons isn't the common since solution though, it's a band aid. We need mental health reform in the US. And Buck, not every gun owner fully supports the NRA just to let you know.

When you say "universal back ground checks" are you referring to the Tommey-Manchin bill?
The common sense thing to do is to follow the law of the land, the US constitution. There is no "needs" statement in 2A. Tough luck for the anti-constitution types. Don't like it, then amend the constitution.
