yep it should do it. I use a 2 100w for about the same area but you'll only do 1 plant.

hey mate just my 2 cents worth, take down the foil and paint it white, or use mylar or panda film (black one side, white the other). The foil will cause hot spots.

hmmmm I guess for the 4 bulbs they are ok... but what is the color temp on the 125 watt bulb?I would actually save the 4 bulbs maybe for the flowering stage but If i had NO lights at all besides that I'd continue to use em.How are the lights set up inside your cabinet?

I have the 125w (6500K) in a reflector and the 4 18w (6500K) in a seperate reflector but am thinking of standing 2 5' 58w flourescents in at the back corners(upright). Am hoping to grow about 3 or 4 plants if possible. Both reflectors are joined together at the sides and will be positioned about 1" above the plant(s).
Thanks for ya help guys

Make sure you get your ventilation under control...Nothing worse than making the switch to flower, only to find out your cab hovers at 97* F. Those lights are just fine for the space you're working in, vegging plants don't need as much light as flowering...But when you make the switch to flower, things might heat up. Pictures are worth a thousand words, especially on this site.

Have taken your advice and removed foil, painted area white, I have also installed 2 fans in cupboard door, one fan in bottom pulling air in and 1 in top forcing air out. Have managed to keep a steady temp of around 72-74.

Hope this pic is good enough?
I have managed to get hold of 2 ultimate plants, unfortunately they are very thin, so am trying bending the tops down, also they had been flowered too early so am hoping I can revert them back to veg. Any advise would be very much appreciated.
I am running my lights 18/6 at mo, hopefully this is right lol.
Thanks
