compost pile help

hello im not new to growing but am not the best just decided to post about compost piles. i have recently decided to start one, the pile originally started as a fish tank with a bunch of balled up paper to become a worm bin ,and i went out and actually found a ton of worms when it rained one night and put them in, they dug in nicely...well eventually all but a few are gone and the paper is now part of the pile and i cant find it so it must of broke down..while it was breaking down i had added, grinded rabbit manure,bat guano,some worm castings, corn meal, egg shells, coffee grinds,emptied tea bags, ground leaves(everything pretty much ground up to help faster) and had sprayed it with alitle mollases dilute, now i added lots off wood ash

my sttempt is to eventually make a tea for my baby when she grows up.i started this back in october/november. am i doing anythingwrong? could i get some help if needed
