Compressed and smelly buds..HELP

When ready to cut the bud off the branch how do u keep the skunky smell and compressed.

i think he means when you harvest a plant how do you trim it properly without knocking too many trichs off or ruining the look of the bud

harvest your plants, trim them, then hang them or put them in brown paper bags for 4-6 days until the buds are still moist but pretty much dry and put them in mason jars. open the mason jars atleast once a day to let fresh air in and prevent mold, this should take about another week or two. then the buds will be dry and smokeable and super smelly and best it could possibly be
