Condensation inside grain bag.

what’s up guys, growing GT for the first time and my patience is, to put it lightly, is being put to the test. I inoculated 2- 1lb rye grain bags with an injection port and 5mic filter with aprox.5 cc. Used the open stove process to do the inoculations. About 3days in, the bag started building up condensation on the inside. I had trouble getting temperature in the right range. Ended up using a heating pad and that’s when the condensation formed. I’ve removed from heating pad and after 3 more days started seeing myc. growth. Very small amount, but growth nonetheless. Condensation is still present also. My question is, am I fucked or will the bags survive? I don’t see any other colored growth besides the white myc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you need a heating pad? Condensation is normal while grains are colonizing and it usually happens slowly when innoculated by a ms syringe. Be patient; if it's all white it's usually alright. What is the open stove process?

Any room temp, 70-85F, is fine Lol.. Just put that shit in a closet... 114F is the kill temp of Cubensis mycelium from my understanding. Careful with your heatpad, you shouldn't heat your spawn directly. Instead heat a chamber or room. Get a pail and heat the wall of it, set grain bag on the bottom. This way its incubating, not cooking. But really just save the heatpad for something else cuz I imagine you don't need it.
