confused bong about this bong help?

so i got this bong i dont but small bongs like this but i did and it has a wierd bowl i think so how mutch water im i suppose to put in this bong so it covers the bowl stem to or what???? sorry for this dumb question

as long as the female peice i is cover by water inside it will work just dont over fill it and have to drink it instead of smoke it.

As long as when you pull through there is air bubbles coming through the water. Dont fill it to high though you will get your weed wet inside of the bowl.
