Kind of new this was doing some reading and came across this, Flora Nova is super salty and I had to leach (aka flush, but that gets confused with pre-harvest flush) the pots out with water to get the salt out. So when I'm watering and I'm getting around 20% runoff that's kind of like leeching and when the plant goes into the end of the cycle and you're about to harvest how much water do you put in the plant to flush it?
