constructin grow box need suggestions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I plan on constructing a wooden container,5ft long 3ft wide and 4ft tall.in this box I plan on puting two three plant rows longwise,im thimkin about using two 4ft 4-lamp fluoroscent fixtures.also plan on using two 4-6inch muffin fans one for exhaust(up top) and one for intake (down below).I plan on connecting a homemade carbon filter to the exhaust. what would be the best schedule for vegg.? also what would be the best way to yield the most weight out of my setup?

also ,would that be efficient lighting? has anyone else done anything similar? and with the two fans would that be enough airflow? this is my first setup and looking do get the best results. also what would be the best way to not get stretching out of my plants,lookin to yield the most weight possible

keep your lights as close as you can to your plants to keep them from stretching, use the hand test ( if its uncomfortable for you it probably is for them). more lights the better. it depends on what kind you want to use.. cfl, or hp or what. both work but you have to consider heat. if you use the 4ft flourecents add come additional cfls to the area it would help out.
