containing height

So my i just turned my plants over to 12/12 and i they are about 2 ft tall. i am worried about spacing and would like some advice on how to contain the height from now on ( idk if it might be too late). the strain is sour desiel and i know they can grow and strech to some big plants. in flowering i know they could double or triple in size, so any tips on how to maybe contain the height from now on in flowering?

Since you have already made the switch your options are less than before switching. Now the best way would probably be to do some lsting so you can maintain the height you need. Gently start pulling your branches and colas over, I stress gently and tie them off. In another day or so you can bend them a bit more and retie them. This is probably the easiest and less stressful solution, short of better planning.
