Converting a 240v lumatek to a 120v

I opened up a 240v lumatek digital and was wondering if I could rewire it to run off regular household 120v . Looking on the inside I notice that each 240v hot is has it's own 8a breaker so basically 2 8a breakers on the 2 hots and the ground . What you guys think?
