Cool tube linking and ventilation

I'm setting up a 4800 watt grow with 4 6"x 60" cool tubes. The only concern is adaquate airflow. Will a vortex 450 cfm fan move enough air to cool all 8 bulbs, or should i run two fans 4 and 4?

I'm no ventilationist (who knows if they exist) but I'm sure 450 cfm's is enough to moveair through those cool tubes. I'm putting together a 400w cooltube cabinet with only like a 30 cfm muffin fan.
