Cool tube VS Cooled hood, Urgent!!

Heat is gonna be a problem, because the weather is really hot outside, and my central ac doesn't work great in the grow room, so i would want to get a cool tube, but i also heard it doesn't distribute light well enough, but with the even distribution on the hood, also comes with higher temps, could anyone help my out on deciding which one i should buy?

Ebay $45 cool tube free shipping add a great back drop reflective or the flat white. I have a radiant 6 and wish I had not used it do to size. But as stated they both put out the same heat. 4X4 Tent good luck.

I would say cool hood, as you say cool tubes are shit for light coveridge tbh I have air cooled now and love it mate.

I use a 6" air cooled hood from htg. I had heat issues, but I notice that most of the heat was radiating from the surface of the hood. I purchased some insulating material from local hardware store and wrapped the outter surface with the material. The temperure in the grow area dropped a good 5 degrees after an hour. You can use the reflective covers used to cover the windshield in cars. The ideal is to keep the heat in the hood to exhaust via the duct work. A real cheap solution to heat issues.
