cool tube

My cabinet is 34"L 20"W 60"H

i want to use a 400w hps...i hear using a cool tube will make this possible...is there anyone doing so in s space this size without a cool tube?

my only thing about a cooltube is i cant have some loud fan on the thing...

will it still work well with a fan on one end sucking air in, and another on the other pulling it out? probaly just small computer case fans, or just small fans in general.

You need to have air being pulled through the cool tube. And if you cant have loud fans or anything then i'd advise you to wait untill you can. you need proper ventilation and computer fans are def not going to cut it even in the least bit.

I have a 6'' intake and 6'' exhaust on top and bottom of my cab and a vortex fan cooling my light alone. Cab temp sits at a fairly consistant temp. about 12 inches from light is sitting at a consistant 26.7C. Im using a 1000wHPS with coolsun reflector.
