Cooltube cfm?

Hi guys, i already have a 250cfm 4" vortex fan along with a carbon filter that works pretty good.. My question is if i wanna add 2 cooltubes to cool down 2x 1000w lamps, will my vortex do the job running trough the carbon filter and the cooltubes together?

All you're looking at is the amount of air you're going to be moving through your hoods. 1000 watts might be better served with a more powerful fan to get better cooling.
