I have heard similar kinds of things in the past. The good old days of parents taking those embarrassing pics that they like to show when you get older are gone. It is almost a given that ANY pic of anyone who looks underage in any pose of semi-undress or anything that could be seen as provocative (and everyone has a different definition of what that means) will be deemed as child porn.
Hell, my best friend who at the time was the Chief of police in my town took a vacation to see family out of state. He had pictures in his "checked in" baggage. Some of the pics were of crime scenes and some where every day pics that were on the same roll of film. A couple of pics were of a fatal house fire that had the body in them.
He was removed from the plane, as TSA went looking at his photos when looking in his baggage and saw the death photos.
He was held for a few hours because even though he had his badge and State law enforcement officer ID, the state he was in did not know what his states credentials looked like and they didn't believe him.
At first, it seemed funny a city police chief being jacked by TSA and the FBI until I realized that if they could not identify legitimate law enforcement credentials because they didn't know what they should look like...How the hell can they verify every ID and license from every state as they all look different?
Still, it was kind of funny.
