no you cannot full it once it gives it's harvet is will die, also i think its ready, but im no expert have someone else confirm it befor you do anything

You're getting close for sure, I'd say you're probably 10 days or so off. But there's no way to really know without a microscope. A cheap 25x will do just fine. If the trichomes are more than 50% amber, you're in.

nice looking plant id say about 5 to 6 days like lothar-depends on strain or as i call bloodline cause i raise pits too but looks like ak or white rhino too me

If you keep it in 12/12 Ive heard you can harvest it up to two more times with the 3rd time being the fastest time to grow new buds and pick.
