Could this be marijuana in my yard?

I was walking around my mothers backyard and found these plants. Had white hairs on the stems. She said they brought in used dirt from some place for free. I belive it's called a Passion Plant, it should bloom out about June. Grows in a vine very nice blossems and they will last all summer.
The reason I know is when I was young my parents had a Foreign Exchange Student that thought my Moms Plant was Pot so he picked some and sent it to his friends in Germany. LOL!! I wish I could had been there when his buddys fired it up...

the soil is clay, very hard stuff to plant in, but if those things sprouted i assume marijuana could sprout in there too.

my mum had hemp plant growing on her front lawn last summer from her bird seed well i say lawn its just gravel strange thing was no one even noticed it and she lives on a main road
