Couple Questions plaese help!

Hello every one i am growing indoor and am 1 week outta germination and just started veging and was wondering if it was ok to use cow shit(pardon language) as nutes? and when and how i should start, if it'll be ok?.
Was also curious why my little AK48 doesn't look right?

What do you all think of my grow room any critiques? Any help is good help!!!

straight cow dung has too many harmful bacteria in it. If i remember reading about pure poo, it needs to be steamed or something to get the harmful stuff out.
