Because of the large amount of rain were i am growing (outside) i have put a plastic bag with airholes over my plants.. will this be okay? you don't think it will block sun or anything..?

A transparent bag probably won't block much light, but if the moist air cannot escape the bag readily, your humidity is going to skyrocket, especially on warm days. While it's cold you're probably fine, but you're basically making a tiny greenhouse, and small greenhouses get really, really hot.

in my opinion, unless its hailing and you need protection, you dont need the bags period. I grow outdoors and have never needed bags for my plants. Rain alone has never hurt plants (probably why the cannabis plant has survived for this long)
