Really? Based on the MMPR or entirely different restrictions?None of the provincial governing bodies will allow nurses to do it.
Yes, actually. I expect it to change. The individual provincial colleges of nurses policies. HC says it's ok, but none of the provinces will allow it....did you expect anything different?
Unfortunately I don't. After reading the regulations and the hospital and nurses portion I'm just expecting some changes. Found it very odd that HC would even bring up the hospitals portion in the regulations.I hope so...and if you have any positive information I'd like to hear it.
I definitely need to do more reading on the subject. Not very well versed on this side of things as much as I am the government side. The colleges (they are really bent out of shape right now) are going to push us into court and ultimately legalization sooner than later...
Don't know where your getting the 250$ a documentLets review...
Meth doc sinks 200k+ into new medical marijuana clinic, most of the cost is putting in a vault room. Uh...vault room?
When interviewed he said he wouldn't be charging patients, and that all the patients want to pick up their medicine from the clinic instead of the convenience of delivered to their homes...uh sure...
So no charge to the patients, but lets bill OHIP every month when the patients pick up their medicine....hmmmm.....
Nope, change in plan, $250 per document....uh....maybe I can still bill OHIP?....uh....no I guess not.
That is what a patient had said when he approached the clinic recently.Don't know where your getting the 250$ a document
I believe that clinic plans on charging a yearly membership fee ($300?), for education, support, etc...So if the LPs are offering a refund it will be towards a membership at the clinic and not for writing the medical document, now commonly referred to as a prescription.@leaffan what do you think of http://www.cannabinoidmedicalclinic.com/
when they open on july 2? Doc claims that some LP's have told him that they'll refund the prescription fee.
