Crazy Ass Panama Red Seedling from Panama

So I had 5 differents seeds to germinate of 5 different strains.. THe latest and last one I did was a Panama Red seed my friend brought back for me from Panama. My question(s) is/are this... It's been less than 24 hours since visible sprouting has taken place and it is quickly developing a white "fur" coat if you will... I have never seen anything like this before just wondering if anyone else has? If its normal for some strains? Normal for sativa? it's my first crack at sativa, but I also got a ak47 and that looks nothing like this... anyway heres the pics... Please experts whats goin on here??? So out of my five seedlings this is the only one that looks like this I'm not stressed or worried, I think its kinda cool just wondering info about why this trait is happening? I googled it and got nothing that was quite like my situation so anyone that has input thanks in advance... and +rep of course.

Details;
Seedling in FF OF
In 16oz red solo cup
under (2) t8 32w 4' daylight flouros and (2) t12 40w 4' sunshine flouros.
20/4 schedule
No nutes or feeding, plant is fed only store bought distilled water at 6.5ph
76-81 degrees with avg of 26% humidity
Seedling was in a clear 2liter bottle homemade dome for first 2 days of life.

looks like a fungus or mold mate. very strange, i wouldn't let it grow anymore though, kill that white fuzzy stuff asap

Yeah, you shouldn't be seeing that white fur coat. It's a seedling, not a pimp, lol. Get rid of it.

LOL my uncle was telling me stories of the best weed he ever smoked in his life and it was when he was in panama canal with the army they called it panama red aka chicken shit weed lol wow i can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know right!!! Ive only heard tales of this strain... My buddy went to Panama managed to get two seeds back in the US, one was givin to me and I really hope its not a fungus or something, but to be safe I just pulled it from grow room and threw it outside until I figure this thing out... If it is a fungus is there any way to treat it?? I really dont want to kill it since its my only seed/chance to grow this strain. Please help.. Now Im concerned...

try to shoot for 50% humidity in veg....30% for flowering

I do, but its hard to get humidity up in my location, but have considered humidifier... also 30% is the reading of the whole closet, so Im sure its more humid in the dome.. anyway could too much or too little humidity be the cause of this affect?

Dude it's michirrizae. It's a fungus that helps roots grow. Bring it back inside dont listen to these fucks.

Word!!! check out my sig... Thats where Ill be updating this grow... but yea I got 5 strains Panama red being one of them and I plan to veg them and make them mothers/fathers.. it'll be a few a months, but Ima keep it updated... Im super excited about this panama whether it be male or female.

Thanks again guys... the seedling is doing great! check out this growth since OP.. cool little loop d loop growth and some fine lookin leaves breakin out. Excited for this one!! Enjoy..
