Cream Caramel Autos. One is having issues

Her first set of true leaves don't look normal. But the other is from same seed batch and is ok.
I'm guessing bad genetics since they were planted same time and everything else is same for both. I did have to help remove the shell. It was stuck on to the end of the cotyledon and was white on the end. But it turned green so I figured it was ok.

Seedlings sometimes start out a bit odd. It'll probably grow normally after the next set or two. Don't count it out yet
