Id like to start by saying I'm not growing for profit or to have lbs and lbs of weed.
Weed is my hobby and im thinking of making a 4 light system.
I'm thinking of using 150w lights in an armoire or two.
By seperating planting seeds by 15 days I should get a decent schedule of 2 harvests a month.
I would be doing the sog method so I wouldn't need much space.
I have a few things I don't fully understand wanted to get some help.
First of all under a 150w light how many square feet of light I am working with? I was thinking something like 3 square feet per light. Does that sound accurate?
Second using the sog method I have seen people use cola bottles as a pot. What size pots should I use? Would half gallon grow bags work?
Lastly I am going to grow from seed. If I plant the seed and as soon as I see sprouts go to 12/12 lighting would there be any drawbacks or do I have to wait a bit before I do that?
