creating your dream grow room (learning/teaching others)

well if i was to have my own grow room it would be in my basement now the time of year would be winter why because you would have a reason for a high light bill and heat coming from your home but i dont think my bill would be high because i want generators running off of propane

equiptment:
3 aeroflo 60 extended
total lights 12 1000w
3 5000w generators

so tell us your dream grow room and how would you execute
